Delivery Place. Sercel will deliver product to GGS from any or all of the Sercel facilities. All deliveries are FOB a Sercel facility unless negotiated with Sercel in advance.
Delivery Place. Delivery of the Vessel under this Charter shall take place safely afloat at Charterer’s Facility or, if Charterer exercises the Shipyard Delivery Option, safely afloat at the Shipyard or (in any other case) such other place as may be agreed in writing by Owner and Charterer.

For such purposes and in the event that ENAP acquires the Liquid Products indicated in the preceding provision in the respective fortnight, the Buyer will have an accumulation tank at the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Terminal, free of charge for the Seller, from which the fortnight deliveries will be made as required in the MOCP. For all purposes, the transfer of risk and ownership of the Fell Block Liquid Products will take place in the storage facilities of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Terminal, after ENAP has expressly accepted said products.
Delivery Place. All components to be manufactured in the frame of this contract shall be delivered to the IO site, Route de Vinon-sur-Verdon, 13067 Saint-Paul-lez-Durance cedex, France.

Buyer may, with Seller’s consent, install equipment acceptable to Seller on Seller’s storage tanks for the purpose of saving and utilizing vapors therefrom, which vapors for the purpose of this contract shall be considered casinghead gas.
