Common use of Delivery Redelivery Clause in Contracts

Delivery Redelivery. Lessee shall pick up and return the Equipment at Lessee’s sole cost and expense to Lessor’s authorized depot located at: Polar Service, ▇▇ ▇ ▇▇▇ ▇ , ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to promptly return the Equipment upon termination or otherwise agrees to continue paying Rent as outlined in Section 3. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ acknowledges and agrees that if the Equipment is returned to a different location without ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s prior written consent, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ has the right to charge Lessee the costs of transporting said Equipment to the correct location.
