Common use of Delivery Times Clause in Contracts

Delivery Times. Sellers must deliver work within the delivery times agreed with the buyer. Failure to do so will mean sellers rankings will be penalised for late delivery. If a seller is unable to complete the project or task for unavoidable reasons within the time previously agreed, the seller must inform the buyer immediately and provide a revised delivery date. Failing to deliver the work within the agreed timescales or repeatedly revising previously agreed deadlines may mean the buyer requests cancellation of the project or task.
