Department Access. The CHC-MCO must provide Department staff access to appropriate on-site private office space and equipment. In addition to other access requirements, the CHC-MCO must provide the Department with access to administrative policies and procedures pertaining to operations, including, but not limited to: • Personnel policies and procedures. • Procurement policies and procedures. • Public relations policies and procedures. • Operations policies and procedures. • Policies and procedures developed to comply with this Agreement.
