Department of Corrections. (1) A unit employee shall bump into the least senior position in his/her current class and level within the layoff unit. (2) If (1) is unavailable, a unit employee shall bump into the least senior position at successively lower levels within his/her current class series within the layoff unit. (3) If (2) is unavailable, a unit employee shall bump into the least senior position in his/her current class and level, and thereafter, successively lower levels statewide.
