Common use of DEPARTMENT STAFFING Clause in Contracts

DEPARTMENT STAFFING. The Department agrees to furnish at no extra charge to the User, the following services as may be required for the use of the Greek Theatre for said purpose: General house sound and lighting, the services of the venue oversight management staff and parking lot attendants. The User understands and agrees that during the term of this User Agreement other productions or events may be held in other parts of the Greek Theatre, which are not included in this User Agreement, and shall not unreasonably interfere with the activities of this User Agreement.
