Department Sample Clauses
The 'Department' clause defines which specific organizational unit or division within a company is responsible for certain obligations or actions under the agreement. In practice, this clause clarifies whether duties, communications, or deliverables are to be handled by, for example, the marketing department, finance department, or another designated group. By specifying the relevant department, the clause ensures accountability and streamlines communication, reducing confusion about which part of the organization is responsible for fulfilling particular contractual requirements.
