Common use of Deployment License Clause in Contracts

Deployment License. Subject to the terms and conditions ------------------ of this Agreement and upon exercise of the option, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ grants to Company, and Company hereby accepts, a world-wide, nontransferable (subject to Section 12.2 ("Assignment")), non-exclusive, license to (i) use, copy, modify, and compile into Object Code the Licensed Source Code ("Licensed Object Code") and related documentation, and (ii) use, copy, and distribute the Licensed Object Code and related documentation solely (a) to Microsoft Corporation, in accordance with Section 3.3.3, below, and (b) directly and indirectly in connection with the Company Support Website, subject to Section 3.3.4.
