Common use of Deployment Requirements Clause in Contracts

Deployment Requirements. 2.7.1.1 Personnel deployed by the Service Provider shall meet the requirement as stipulated in Clause No. 3.2. 2.7.1.2 Service Provider shall ensure that personnel deployed are experienced in the relevant area of Software Development and Testing. 2.7.1.3 Proper supervision, instruction and guidance shall be provided to the above personnel by the Service Provider in order to provide assistance for the required activities. 2.7.1.4 Deployment details of the TS personnel shall be maintained by the Service Provider. 2.7.1.5 Suitable replacement shall be provided by the Service Provider immediately (within 2 days) if any of his deployed personnel leaves the job or proceeds on leave or absent otherwise. 2.7.1.6 Service Provider shall remain contactable and be prepared to undertake any activity during urgency apart from the scheduled and planned activities. 2.7.1.7 Service Provider shall ensure safety of personnel and equipment.
