Common use of Deposit Acceptance Clause in Contracts

Deposit Acceptance. You agree that Credit Union may at any time, in its sole discretion, refuse to accept deposits of checks from you via Remote Deposit Capture ses- sion. In the event that the Service is interrupted or are otherwise unavail- able, you may deposit checks in-person at a Credit Union branch or via night drop or mail or other contractually acceptable method.
