Deposit Acceptance. Member agrees that the Credit Union may at any time, in its sole discretion refuse to accept deposits of items from Member via SCU Remote Deposit. In the event that the SCU Remote Deposit services are interrupted or are otherwise unavailable, Member may, at his or her option, deposit checks in person at a Credit Union branch or via night drop or mail or other contractually acceptable method.
