Common use of Deposit Items Clause in Contracts

Deposit Items. The Client may image and deposit through Remote Cheque Deposit any of the following original paper items issued by a Canadian financial institution, the Government of Canada or the Government of Alberta and payable in Canadian currency: (a) cheques (including certified cheques); (b) Mastercard® cheques and credit card balance transfer cheques; (c) travellers cheques; (d) money orders (including Canada Post money orders); (e) bank drafts; (f) non-MICR (magnetic ink character recognition) ink cheques; or (g) any other item that ATB Financial chooses to make eligible for Remote Cheque Deposit from time to time (each a Deposit Item).
