The Participant understands that the number and names of the designated portfolio of Deposit Securities and relevant cash amounts to be included in the current Portfolio Deposit for each Fund will be made available each day that the New York Stock Exchange (the "NYSE") is open for trading through the facilities of the National Securities Clearing Corporation ("NSCC") and will be made available on the Fresco'sm' Index Shares professional data website at ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ (the "Fresco Professional Data Website"). Procedures for accessing such data are set forth in Appendix 3 of Attachment A hereto.
