Description of Online Statements. We offer online statements for certain Eligible Accounts and Online Financial Service, allowing you to supplement or, in some cases, replace your mailed (paper) statement with an electronic version (PDF) that you can view on the Website, save to your computer, or print at your convenience. Any legal notices or disclosures that normally accompany your mailed statement or that we would otherwise deliver to you by mail concerning your Eligible Account or Online Financial Service may be delivered to you electronically. We may, at our option, offer you additional options and preferences for the delivery of various types of communications related to your Eligible Accounts or Online Financial Service. The following is a brief description of the various features of and requirements for using online statements. From time to time, we may add to, modify, or delete any feature of online statements in our sole discretion.
Description of Online Statements. You may elect to receive your statement online only for Eligible Accounts (defined below) that you choose. Online Statements will be viewable electronically in Portable Document Format (“PDF”) that you can view online, save to your computer or print at your convenience. Any legal notices that normally accompany your mailed statement will either continue to be mailed under separate cover or delivered to you electronically. From time to time, we may add to, modify or delete any feature of the Service at our sole discretion. You understand and agree that by enrolling in the Service, you may no longer receive a statement by mail (see Section C).
Description of Online Statements. AB&T offers Online Statements for consumer checking accounts, savings accounts, and money market accounts. Online Statements will replace your mailed paper statement with an electronic PDF version that you can view, save to your computer, or print at your convenience. Any legal disclosures that normally accompany your mailed statement will be delivered to you electronically. AB&T reserves the right to modify, add to, or delete any feature of the Service in our sole discretion. When you enroll in Online Statements, you will no longer receive a paper statement in the mail.

You must accept the terms of the E-sign Act in addition to this Agreement to become a registered user of the Service. Any account owner can enroll accounts with joint ownership for the Service. Once enrolled, the account owners will no longer receive paper statements. The account statement will be available for viewing online to all owners of the account who are enrolled in ProGrowth Bank Online Banking regardless of which owner enrolled for the Service. You must be enrolled in our online banking product in order to sign up for and view Online Statements, Alerts, Notices, and other electronic documents.

  • DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT For the Company to be eligible to earn the Maximum Credit Amount, the Company will satisfy its obligations as reflected in the following representations, which the IEDC has relied upon: A. The Company will complete the Project at the Project Location. B. At the discretion of the IEDC, New Employees that are paid an average wage of less than the Minimum Wage Commitment may be excluded for the purpose of calculating the credit amount. F. The Project is anticipated to involve at least the Capital Investment Amount.
