Online Statements. This service allows you to view current and past account statements for all of your accounts on a secure website. Pursuant to your agreement with us, you may be entitled to receive periodic account statements in connection with your account(s) (“account statements”). When you open an account on our website, you may authorize us to deliver such periodic account statements electronically (“Online Statements”) subject to the terms of the E -Sign Consent you agreed to when you opened your account. The term “Online Statements” also includes any disclosure or change in terms notification in connection with your account(s) in electronic format that we would other- wise include with periodic account statements. We will send an email to your primary email address notifying you that an Online Statement is ready to be viewed on the Online Banking Service website. You may request a paper copy of any periodic regular Account Statement subject to the fee as set forth in the Fee Schedule. Paper copies of any disclosures or change in terms notifications included in an Online Statement will be provided at no charge. If you disclose your online banking password to other people, they may also have the ability to access your account statements, and you will be responsible for any transactions they may complete. You must notify us immediately if you believe any of your accounts have been accessed or your online banking password has been used without your permission to access your accounts.
Online Statements. If Client instructs ADP to provide online pay statements, Forms W2, or Forms 1099 without physical copies thereof, Client will be exclusively responsible for determining if and to what extent Client’s use of online pay statements, Forms W2 or Forms 1099 satisfies Client’s obligations under applicable laws and the consequences resulting from such determinations.
Online Statements. You may use Online Banking to view online periodic statements for those types of your Online Accounts for which this Service is available. You must have a printer in order to print and retain a copy of a periodic account statement.
Online Statements. You may choose to receive your statements online through our myDATCU Online Banking service. If you elect to receive electronic statements, we will notify you by email when your electronic statement is available and no paper statement will be issued. Electronic statements can be downloaded, saved, and printed for your records. You understand and agree that if online statements are selected, you will not receive a paper statement. It is your responsibility to maintain proper equipment/software that will enable you to print and save these statements for your records. You agree that it is your responsibility to examine each online statement of Account and report any irregularities or disputes in the same manner and time frame as you would for a printed statement.
Online Statements. We may provide you with the capability to electronically cancel Online Statements with respect to one or more of your Online Statements Accounts at the Online Banking section of our website, and you may cancel the Online Statements at any time by following the instructions provided at the website. If Online Statements are terminated for any Online Statements Account, we will resume mailing paper statements for such account if we were doing so at the time you enrolled for the Online Statements Service. Disclosures, notices, documentation and information that accompany such statements, according to the terms of the agreement governing such account, or as required by applicable law, will be included with the mailed statement to the postal address(es) in our records for the account. We will resume mailing the information described above beginning with the periodic statement next following the termination of the Online Statements Service. However, you agree that we shall have a reasonable opportunity to act upon such termination. If the Online Statements Service for a GPR Card is terminated for any reason, we will have no obligation to begin providing you with mailed, paper transaction histories or other material regarding the GPR Card, except as provided in the GPR Card terms and conditions. Termination of your enrollment in Online Banking will automatically terminate Online Statements with respect to all Online Statements Accounts. Certain changes to your Online Statements Accounts (e.g., removing your name from the account) also may have the effect of terminating Online Statements for such accounts. Cancellation of Online Statements may result in modification of the terms or features of accounts that require Online Statements or in the termination or modification of Online Banking. If you are a consumer, please refer to the E-Sign Consent for other terms and conditions regarding the withdrawal of consent for electronic disclosures.
Online Statements. The provisions of this section are applicable upon enrollment and activation for the online statement service. To complete your requests to enroll and to stop receiving paper statements by mail for one or more of your accounts, please read and accept this Agreement. Then activate for online statement delivery any of your eligible accounts by going to the “eDocuments” under the “eServices” tab to sign up for paperless account statements. By taking such actions, you consent to the terms of this online statements section, as they may be modified from time to time.
1. With the online statement service, you may request the convenience of receiving your statement(s) electronically at our Online Banking web site. Electronic delivery of your statements will eliminate delivery of the paper statement. If you select and activate this option, you must then log on to our secure Online Banking web site using your Online Banking password and login to review the new statement. As a convenience to you, we can provide you with an e-mail notice that your statement is available for view. You must specify the e-mail addresses to receive such notices when activating the service for your accounts. We do not guarantee delivery of such e-mail notice and reserve the right to cancel such e-mail notice at any time. Regardless of your receipt of e-mail notice, you agree that our posting of the statement at the Online Banking web site constitutes delivery of the statement to you. You agree to log on to the Online Banking web site at least once a month (or quarter, if your statement is quarterly) to review your statements.
2. In order to deliver notifications of new statements, you must update us with any change in your e-mail address. You can change the e-mail address for the statement notification at any time by going to “My Profile” tab and then “Edit User Profile”. Purdue Federal is not responsible for e-mail delivery failures beyond our control, including, but not limited to, changed email address, Internet Service Provider outages, hardware or software failures, interruption of telephone service, telecommunications facilities or interference from an outside source. A PDF version of the statement will be made available. Your statement, together with any legal notices about your account, will remain available online for up to 3 years. Online Statements. If Merchant elects to receive monthly statements by accessing them on-line (an “E-statement”), Merchant will need to visit and register at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇, agent’s secure website, to obtain a user ID and password. Merchant will be required to provide their merchant ID and other additional information to verify their identification. After completing the registration process, Merchant will be able to access their E-statement(s) by visiting ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/ and logging in with their user ID and password, which user ID and password can l be reset at any time by Merchant. Merchant will typically have access to the E-statement by the third business day of the following month. Merchant acknowledges and agrees that if they elect to receive E-Statements, they will not receive a monthly paper account statement by mail. However, Merchant is entitled to also receive a paper copy of monthly statements through the U.S. mail by visiting ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇, and following the opt-out procedures provided through that link, or by contacting their agent or the customer service number provided on their statements and in the welcome letter; provided, however, exercising the option to opt out does not constitute a withdrawal of consent to receive monthly E-statements. If Merchant chooses to receive paper statements, Merchant will be charged a monthly fee of $1.00 for each statement. In order to register to receive and access to E- statements, Merchant will need (i) internet access, (ii) a currently supported version of one the following internet browsers Internet Explorer, Firefox or Safari, and (iii) a currently supported PDF viewer (such as Adobe Reader which is available for free download at ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/reader/ ). These requirements, browsers and/or PDF readers may change from time to time, and Merchant will be provided notice of any such change. . In the event Merchant is unable to access any of the information that has been made available on the E-statement, it is Merchant’s obligation to notify its agent immediately. Online Statements. We will provide certain Account Information electronically including Account statements for your Eligible Account(s) through Online Banking. If you want to receive statements only in electronic form (“Online Statements”), you must Enroll in Online Statements. To Enroll in this Service, click Online Statement Preferences in Online Banking and complete Enrollment. When you Enroll you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the BMO ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Online Banking Electronic Communications Delivery Notice and Agreement provided to you during your Enrollment.
