Common use of Description of the Condominium Clause in Contracts

Description of the Condominium. The Condominium shall consist of seventy-one (71) Units (as hereinafter described). A. The Condominium Plat of the Submitted Property, a graphic depiction of the improvements located thereon (including the Units and the Building in which they are located) (the “Graphic Depiction”), and a plot plan and floor plans showing the improvements thereon and identifying each Unit, the Common Elements, and the Limited Common Elements, their relative locations and approximate dimensions, are attached hereto as Exhibit “B.” Developer is hereby authorized to make such changes in the plans and specifications of all improvements to the Condominium as Developer may deem necessary or desirable; provided, however, that such changes do not conflict with the Condominium Act. B. The Graphic Depiction and the Condominium Plat, together with this Declaration, are sufficient in detail to identify Units, Common Elements, and Limited Common Elements and their relative location and dimensions. C. The Condominium is a multi-family residential condominium that exists on the Submitted Property.
