Limited Common Elements Clause Samples

The Limited Common Elements clause defines specific areas within a condominium or similar property that are designated for the exclusive use of one or a few unit owners, rather than all residents. These areas might include balconies, parking spaces, or storage units that, while technically part of the common property, are reserved for particular units as outlined in the governing documents. By clearly identifying which portions of the property are limited common elements and who may use them, this clause helps prevent disputes among owners and ensures proper maintenance responsibilities are assigned.
