The deadweight is the difference between the loaded displacement and the contractual lightweight. The contractual lightweight is the weight of the empty and clean ship adjusted by any weight (and related ballast) added or subtracted by reason of any agreements on modification (a) made at any time under Article 3 of this Contract and (b) made at any time up to the date of this Contract under Article 3 of the contract for the reference ship.

(ii) DEADWEIGHT The guaranteed deadweight at a design draft of 8.30 metres will be 7,500 metric tons in seawater of 1.025 t/m3 density (and under the conditions further described in section G.2.3 of the Specification). The deadweight is the difference between the loaded displacement and the contractual lightweight. The contractual lightweight is the weight of the Ship clean, empty, equipped ready for sea in accordance with the Specification and adjusted by any weight (and related ballast) added or subtracted by reason of any agreements on modification (a) made at any time under Article 3 of this Contract, (b) made at any time up to the date of this Contract under Article 3 of the contract for Hull S.669 "Norwegian Pearl", and (c) made at any time up to the date of the contract for Hull S.669 "Norwegian Pearl" under Article 3 of the contract for Hull S.667 "Norwegian Jewel".   • Description of the service 10.1.1 Automatic transfer service implies a transfer by the bank of the funds from the client’s account without further consent of the client, on the basis of fixed amount determined by the client in its application form or of information provided by the client’s creditor to the bank on the client’s debt. 10.1.2 The parties agree that the payment order created (generated) by the bank for the purposes of automatic transfer services shall have the legal force equal to the document having been printed on the paper and executed by the person(s) authorized to manage of the account. 10.1.3 The bank shall carry out the automatic transfer services in accordance with requirements and conditions stipulated in this agreement, the application on registration for automatic transfer service and the sources disseminated by the bank. 10.1.4 For the purposes of obtaining automatic transfer services the client shall apply to the bank with the application as per paragraph 1.2 of this agreement.

The auction sale herein shall not be annulled and there shall not be any adjustment of the Purchase Price as a result of such shortfall in the area of the Property.
