Common use of Descriptions Clause in Contracts

Descriptions. (a) The Company shall prepare a proposed job description as provided for in the “S.E.S.” software and in accordance with the requirements of this manual. (b) The Company job evaluation representatives and the Union Job Evaluation Committee shall review the proposed job descriptions and attempt to reach agreement. The Union Job Evaluation Committee shall have reasonable opportunity to conduct on-the-job reviews of job descriptions with workers involved in the jobs. The Company and Union Committee members shall each retain a copy of the agreed to job descriptions.
