Common use of Design-Builder Duties Clause in Contracts

Design-Builder Duties. Design-Builder shall: (1) Notify City and the testing laboratory sufficiently in advance of the required test to allow for its assignment of personnel and scheduling of tests; (2) Cooperate with testing and inspection personnel, provide access to the work and to off-site fabrication facilities; (3) Furnish copies and records of test reports; (4) Pay for services of the same independent testing laboratory to perform additional inspections, sampling, and testing required when initial tests indicate Work does not comply with Contract requirements;

Design-Builder Duties.
