Design Clarification Responses Sample Clauses

The Design Clarification Responses clause establishes a process for addressing and resolving ambiguities or uncertainties in design documents during a project. When questions or requests for clarification arise regarding the design, this clause outlines how such inquiries should be submitted, reviewed, and responded to, often specifying timelines and responsible parties. Its core practical function is to ensure that all parties have a clear and shared understanding of the design requirements, thereby minimizing the risk of errors, delays, or disputes arising from misinterpretation.
