Most provide for coverage against mfg defects for a industry standard amount of time. All of the warranties for the companies MES is bidding shows coverage for normal wear and use. Call tags are provided when necessary. If necessary, labor reimbursement will be provided for work performed. We offer extended warranties at an additional cost. Cost is dependent on complexity and component content. Schwarze warrants their equipment be free of defects in material and workmanship for one year or 1200 usage hours after purchase. Schwarze also warrants new parts be free from defects in material and workmanship for 90 days after purchase. Schwarze covers the repair or replacement of defective parts in both scenarios. Schwarze stainless steel hoppers come with a lifetime warranty. They are warranted against rust perforation and corrosion perforation for the ‘LIFETIME” of the sweeper of the ownership period of the original owner, of which LIFETIME WARRANTY must be acknowledged on the original sales order. Warranty repairs must be made by Schwarze Industries or authorized agents. This warranty is non-transferable. Schwarze warranties hydraulic valves and motors for a period of 2 years and hydraulic pumps and fittings for 5 years. These warranties are subject to maintenance requirements and annual inspections by a Schwarze authorized agent/dealer. This warranty applies to the original owner only and is non-transferable. All Schwarze Single Engine Sweepers warranty the VPD (single engine drive device) for a period of three years with unlimited hours of use. All labor on pre-authorized warranty items is covered under Schwarze's warranty. Schwarze is committed to providing parts for warranty claims within 48 hours of the claim being filed. There are longer warranty coverage periods for units mounted on commercial chassis. That coverage,for example, would come from the chassis manufacturer and carries a three year standard warranty. New Way manufactured replacement parts, components, and assemblies are sold under a Limited Warranty to be free from defects in workmanship or material for a period of twelve (12) months. This is a part replacement only warranty and the item must be returned to the New Way Dealer for exchange. The labor and shipping cost to replace the parts shall be the responsibility of the customer. There is no warranty on expendable items, wear components, or used parts. Extended warranties are available on all of our current bodies and turnkey chassis. More information about extended warranties can be found on our price sheets and via the chassis' Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). Sourcewell Members will register their New Way warranty cards. This process is handled via an easy online form that a Member's local New Way Dealer can fill out. As a solutions provider, CDW•G does not manufacture products, however, all purchases made by Sourcewell Members, where applicable, include the manufacturer's standard warranty. Terms of warranty coverage can and do vary with each OEM purchase, and details for each product warranty are available through an account manager or online at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇. CDW•G does offer additional warranty coverage options for products whose standard warranty alone does not meet Sourcewell Members' needs.
