DESIGN DOCUMENT REVIEWS. A. The CM/GC will evaluate periodically the availability of labor, materials/ equipment, building systems, cost-sensitive aspects of the design; and other factors that may impact the cost estimate, GMP Proposals and/or the Project Schedule. B. The CM/GC will recommend, with CITY approval, those additional surface and subsurface investigations that, in its professional opinion, are required to provide the necessary information for the CM/GC to construct the Project. C. The CM/GC will routinely conduct constructability and biddability reviews of the Drawings and Specifications as necessary to satisfy the needs of the Project Team. The reviews will identify all discrepancies and inconsistencies in the Construction Documents especially those related to clarity, consistency, and coordination of Work of Subcontractors and Suppliers.
