Common use of Design Documents Clause in Contracts

Design Documents. Design Documents means all the design documents provided by Design/Builder and approved by Owner pursuant to the Contract including, without limitation, those for use in constructing the Project, performing the Work, and the rendering of the Project fully operational, and shall include, without limitation, detailed plans, drawings, specifications, manuals, and related materials prepared by or on behalf of Design/Builder.

Design Documents. Design Documents means all are written or graphic materials (including drafts and finals and in the design documents provided by Design/Builder form of writings, calculations, drawings or text descriptions) which describe the scope and approved by Owner pursuant nature of any permanent improvements to the Contract includingPremises (including the Premises Facility and Alterations) along with specification of the workmanship, materials, equipment and services. Design Documents include without limitation, those for use in constructing the Project, performing the Work, and the rendering of the Project fully operational, and shall include, without limitation, detailed plans, drawings, specificationscalculations, manuals, specifications and related materials prepared by or on behalf of Design/Builderother similar items.

Design Documents. Design Documents means all the design documents provided by Design/Builder and approved by Owner pursuant to the Contract includingare representations, without limitationin any medium of expression now known or later developed, those for use in constructing the Project, performing the Work, and the rendering of the Project fully operational, tangible and shall intangible creative work performed by the designers under their respective employment or professional services agreements. Design Documents may include, without limitation, detailed plansstudies, surveys, models, sketches, drawings, specifications, manuals, and related materials prepared by or on behalf of Design/Builderother similar materials.

Design Documents. “Design Documents Documents” means all the design documents provided by Design/Builder originals, copies and approved by Owner pursuant to the Contract including, without limitation, those for use in constructing the Project, performing the Work, and the rendering drafts (whether paper or electronic) of the Project fully operational, and shall include, without limitation, detailed plans, drawings, tracings, specifications, manualsprograms, reports, calculations, presentation materials, samples, models and related materials other material containing designs, specifications, engineering or other information prepared by Architect or on behalf of Design/Builderits Subconsultants for the Project, including all building and other design contained therein.

Design Documents means all the design documents provided by Design/Builder Contractor and approved by Owner AFI pursuant to the Contract including, without limitation, those for use in constructing the Project, performing the Work, and the rendering of the Project fully operational, and shall include, without limitation, detailed plans, drawings, specifications, manuals, and related materials prepared by or on behalf of Design/BuilderContractor.

Design Documents. Design Documents Documents" means all the design documents provided by Design/Builder and approved by Owner pursuant to the Contract including, without limitation, those for use in constructing the Project, performing the Work, and the rendering of the Project fully operational, and shall include, without limitation, detailed Building Information Model (BIM) utilizing AUTODESK REVIT 2009 software (See Exhibit C), plans, drawings, specifications, manuals, and related materials prepared by or on behalf of Design/Builder.

Design Documents. “Design Documents Documents” means all the design documents provided by Design/Builder and approved by Owner pursuant to the Contract including, without limitation, those for use in constructing the Project, performing the Work, and the rendering of the Project fully operational, and shall include, without limitation, detailed Building Information Model (BIM) utilizing AUTODESK REVIT 2009 software (See Exhibit C), plans, drawings, specifications, manuals, and related materials prepared by or on behalf of Design/Builder.
