Design Phase Deliverables. 5.10.1 [In accordance with the Project Schedule, for each Deliverable Portion of Work, Design-Builder shall prepare and submit to Owner Parties its initial design, including a report identifying any deviations from the Project Criteria, and: (i) a Site plan; (ii) the applicable schematic design; and (iii) updated budgets and pricing estimates (collectively, the “Preliminary Design Deliverable”). 5.10.2 Owner Parties shall review the Preliminary Design Deliverable and either approve in writing of, or comment on, the same. Design-Builder shall revise the Preliminary Design Deliverable in accordance with Owner Parties’ comments until Owner approves the same in writing.
