Design Reviews. 4.2.1 The Design-Builder shall provide three (3) design submissions corresponding to the following levels of design development: "Schematic Design" (30 percent), "Design Development” (65 percent), and "Construction Documents" (90 percent). If the project is phased, three (3) separate submissions shall be made for each phase. As part of its review, the City will offer submission reviews to code officials. 4.2.2 The City's review and acceptance of any design submission, including "Construction Documents", shall not relieve the Design-Builder of its responsibility to meet the requirements of the RFP and its Proposal. The existence (or not) of E&O Insurance (Project Professional Liability Insurance) shall in no way limit the Design-Builder's responsibilities under the contract, including responsibility for design errors or omissions.
