% Design Submission. The Consultant shall develop 50% design plans. Three (3) half-size plan sets shall be submitted to the City as part of this review. The plan submission shall consist of the following: A. Cover sheet. B. Plan sheets: 1. Proposed ITS equipment layout including location of all proposed poles, conduit, junction and fiber optic boxes, traffic detectors, electrical service, and the equipment controller(s). 2. Proposed fiber optic splice details. 3. All wiring details and diagrams. C. Quantity sheets. D. Construction detail sheets using standard details provided by the City when available or as developed by the Consultant when required. E. Preliminary traffic control (using standard details provided by the City). F. Equipment Specifications (standard forms and bid documents to be prepared by the City). G. Engineer’s Estimate.
