Designated Liaison. Each party shall designate one or more persons, who are either an employee or independent contractor to serve as a liaison through which the other party may present business opportunities (the "Liaison"). MTVi shall designate one person who is a Manager or above from its strategic partnership group and two persons who are Directors or above from its senior production staff as Liaisons. Beatnik covenants that it will provide product use training in person to three senior members of the MTVi production staff.
