Designated liaisons. Contractor shall designate the following liaisons, who may also serve in a key position outlined in section 2.3.1.   • Liaisons Each party shall designate a representative to serve as its liaison in all matters arising under this Agreement, and shall furnish in writing the name of each representative to the other party.

  • DESIGNATED PERSONNEL The Contractor will provide the Designated Personnel listed below for the duration of the Contract at no charge to the State.
