The Designated Representatives shall discuss the problem and attempt to resolve the dispute, without the necessity of any formal proceeding, within 14 (fourteen) days of the dispute having been referred.
Prior to referring any dispute to arbitration, the Parties shall first attempt to resolve their dispute informally by referring a dispute to a joint committee of the Designated Representatives.
Semi-Annual meetings may be canceled or postponed by the written consent of the Designated Representatives.
