Common use of Designated Managers Clause in Contracts

Designated Managers. 9.4.1 The signatories to this protocol will nominate one individual from their organisation to be responsible for the management of their Designated Officers list/register. Their primary role will be to maintain the list/register of Designated Officers and to inform business managers responsible for nominating Designated Officers of the requirement to replace any Designated Officer who ceases to be involved in that role. The Designated Manager will also be responsible for auditing the Designated Officer list/register every six months to ensure that their organisation has an appropriate number of Designated Officers.
