Relationship Manager. Pursuant to section 2.5 of the Agreement, CMIA and Supplier hereby appoint as Relationship Managers the persons listed on Exhibit B hereto.

State may, at its option, designate one or more individuals who shall use reasonable efforts to facilitate Contractor in carrying out an efficient delivery of Services (“State Relationship Managers”). Both parties shall notify the other party of a change in the identity of their respective Relationship Managers.
