Relationship Manager. 3.1 Each Party shall designate an employee Relationship Manager(s) to act on its behalf with regard to matters arising under this Agreement and shall notify the other Party in writing of the name of its Relationship Manager; however, the Relationship Manager shall have no authority to alter or amend any term, condition, or provision of this Agreement. Either Party may change its Relationship Manager(s) by providing the other Party prior written notice. The Relationship Manager must be identified in a writing delivered to the other Party at least one (1) week prior to the commencement of any work under this Agreement. 3.2 The Relationship Manager(s) shall meet via conference call with such frequency as Bank of America’s Relationship Manager(s) shall reasonably request Bank of America may require meetings in person at a site designated by Bank of America.

Relationship Manager. 7.1. CDG and the Customer will each appoint a relationship manager to assume overall responsibility for their respective roles and obligations under the Services Contract. Without limitation, the parties' respective relationship managers will be responsible for: 7.1.1. co-ordinating the provision of the Services; 7.1.2. regular liaison between the parties; 7.1.3. arranging and attending any progress and review meetings which the parties may organise from time to time; and 7.1.4. using all reasonable endeavours to resolve issues arising under the Services Contract (but they will refer all problems which are outside their ordinary authority to resolve to appropriate members of the parties' respective senior management). 7.2. Any replacement of either party's relationship manager will be notified to the other party in writing. Each party reserves the right to request, on reasonable grounds, the replacement of the other party's relationship manager.

Relationship Manager the employee designated by a Party to act on its behalf with regard to matters arising under this Agreement who shall be the person the other Party shall contact in writing regarding matters concerning this Agreement.

Relationship Manager. Each Party shall promptly following the execution of this Agreement appoint one of its employees to be a relationship manager responsible for liaison between the Parties with respect to Manufacture of Bulk Product hereunder. The relationship managers shall meet by teleconference or videoconference whenever necessary and appropriate to review the current status of the Manufacture relationship and manage any issues that have arisen.

Relationship Manager. Contractor shall appoint a qualified member of its staff to act as a dedicated manager of Contractor’s relationship with State (the "Contractor Relationship Manager"), whose duties shall be to act as primary liaison between Contractor and State for all matters relating to Contractor’s performance, and the performance of all Contractor Solution Partners, under this Agreement, who shall have sufficient authority to grant or communicate the granting of all necessary approvals and who shall: (a) have overall managerial responsibility for the responsibilities of Contractor and all Contractor Solution Partners under this Agreement; (b) have direct access to the key decision makers of Contractor and all Contractor Solution Partners; and (c) be able to call upon the experience, expertise and resources of Contractor and each Contractor Solution Partner as needed to properly, efficiently and timely perform their duties under this Agreement. The Contractor Relationship Manager shall be a resource in addition to any Project Manager or project management established under any Solution Order or Services Order. State may, at its option, designate one or more individuals who shall use reasonable efforts to facilitate Contractor in carrying out an efficient delivery of Services (“State Relationship Managers”). Both parties shall notify the other party of a change in the identity of their respective Relationship Managers.

Relationship Manager. Each Party will appoint a Relationship Manager to facilitate delivery performance of the terms herein. Changes to a Party’s Relationship Manager shall be communicated via written notice.

Relationship Manager. ScanSoft and Xerox shall each appoint a manager to oversee the parties’ relationship relative to the Software. These managers will be responsible for resolving issues that may from time to time arise, will meet at least twice per calendar year, and will be responsible for planning and developing a marketing program plan to facilitate the promotion of both parties’ scan related solutions.

Relationship Manager. Buyer shall designate a relationship manager (the "Relationship Manager") who shall oversee the activities hereunder and serve as its principal point of contact for Formetco for the resolution of any issues that may arise and for coordinating of Formetco’s delivery of the Services hereunder. Buyer may change its Relationship Manager by notifying Formetco in writing, which may be by e-mail. ▇▇▇▇▇’s initial Relationship Manager is identified on the first page of this Agreement.

Relationship Manager. The “Relationship Manager” for either party is defined as the person(s) that handle the day-to-day relationship management of the other party.
