Common use of Relationship Manager Clause in Contracts

Relationship Manager. ScanSoft and Xerox shall each appoint a manager to oversee the parties’ relationship relative to the Software. These managers will be responsible for resolving issues that may from time to time arise, will meet at least twice per calendar year, and will be responsible for planning and developing a marketing program plan to facilitate the promotion of both parties’ scan related solutions.
