LIAISON BETWEEN THE PARTIES Clause Samples

The "Liaison Between the Parties" clause establishes a designated point of contact or representative for each party involved in an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the responsibilities of the liaison, such as facilitating communication, coordinating activities, and ensuring that information is properly relayed between the parties. By clearly identifying who will handle communications and coordination, this clause helps prevent misunderstandings and streamlines the exchange of information, thereby promoting efficient collaboration and reducing the risk of miscommunication.
