Common use of Designated Persons Clause in Contracts

Designated Persons. Only those qualified persons authorized by City’s Project Manager, or as designated in Exhibit “A,” shall perform work provided for under this Agreement. It is understood by the parties that clerical and other nonprofessional work may be performed by persons other than those designated.
