Designation as Registry Operator. Upon the Effective Date, and throughout the Term (as defined in Section 4.1 hereof) of this Agreement, unless earlier terminated pursuant to Article 6 hereof, ICANN shall continue to designate Public Interest Registry as the sole registry operator for the TLD ("Registry Operator").
