Common use of Designation of Representatives Clause in Contracts

Designation of Representatives. Promptly following the effective date of this Agreement, the Union and the Employer shall provide to each other a written list of names and titles of their respective representatives and will, from time to time as changes occur, provide prompt notice of such changes.
