The Designation of the Operator clause identifies the individual or entity responsible for managing and operating a particular project, facility, or service under the agreement. Designation of the operator. 1 Member countries shall notify the International Bureau, within six months of the end of Congress, of the name and address of the governmental body responsible for overseeing postal payment services. Within six months of the end of Congress, member countries shall also provide the International Bureau with the name and address of the operator(s) officially designated to operate the postal payment services by means of its (their) network and to fulfil the obligations arising from the Acts of the Union on their territories. Between Congresses, changes concerning the governmental bodies and the officially designated operators shall be notified to the International Bureau as soon as possible.
Designation of the operator. BP Exploration & Production Inc. is designated as the Operator of the Contract Area. The Parties shall promptly execute and file all documents required by the MMS in connection with the designation of BP Exploration & Production Inc. as Operator or with the designation of any other Party as a substitute or successor Operator. Unless agreed otherwise by all the Parties, the Operator shall be classified as the designated applicant for oil spill financial responsibility purposes, and each Non-Operating Party shall promptly execute the appropriate documentation reflecting that classification and promptly provide that documentation to the Operator for filing with the MMS.
Designation of the operator. The Party designated on Exhibit "A-3" (Operator Designations) will be the Operator of the associated Designated Prospect and shall conduct all operations within such Designated Prospect for the Joint Account of the Parties. This designation of operatorship is subject to approval by the Minerals Management Service (MMS) and the Parties agree to promptly execute and file such documents as may be required to gain approval of this designation of operatorship.

  • Variation of the contract The parties undertake not to vary or modify the Clauses. This does not preclude the parties from adding clauses on business related issues where required as long as they do not contradict the Clause.

  • Designation of Representatives 9.2.1 TxDOT and DB Contractor shall each designate Authorized Representative(s) who shall be authorized to make decisions and bind the Parties on matters relating to the Contract Documents. Exhibit 19 hereto provides the initial Authorized Representative designations. Such designations may be changed by a subsequent writing delivered to the other Party in accordance with Section 9.1. 9.2.2 The Parties may also designate technical representatives who shall be authorized to investigate and report on matters relating to the administration, design and construction of the Project and negotiate on behalf of each of the Parties, but who do not have authority to bind TxDOT or DB Contractor.

  • Termination of these Terms of Business You or we may terminate our authority to act on your behalf by providing at least 14 days’ notice in writing (or such other period we agree). Termination is without prejudice to any transactions already initiated by you, which will be completed according to these Terms of Business unless we agree otherwise in writing. You will remain liable to pay for any transactions or adjustments effective prior to termination and we shall be entitled to retain any and all commission and/or fees payable in relation to insurance cover placed by us prior to the date of written termination of our authority to act on your behalf.

  • Termination of Therapy Therapist reserves the right to terminate therapy at his/her discretion. Reasons for termination include, but are not limited to, untimely payment of fees, failure to comply with treatment recommendations, conflicts of interest, failure to participate in therapy, Patient needs are outside of Therapist’s scope of competence or practice, or Patient is not making adequate progress in therapy. Patient has the right to terminate therapy at his/her discretion. Upon either party’s decision to terminate therapy, Therapist will generally recommend that Patient participate in at least one, or possibly more, termination sessions. These sessions are intended to facilitate a positive termination experience and give both parties an opportunity to reflect on the work that has been done. Therapist will also attempt to ensure a smooth transition to another therapist by offering referrals to Patient.

  • Relation of the Parties No Beneficiary. No term, provision or requirement, whether express or implied, of any Loan Document, or actions taken or to be taken by any party thereunder, shall be construed to create a partnership, association, or joint venture between such parties or any of them. No term or provision of any Loan Document shall be construed to confer a benefit upon, or grant a right or privilege to, any Person other than the parties hereto.
