Common use of Destruction of Data Clause in Contracts

Destruction of Data. Provider shall destroy or delete all Student Data obtained under the Service Agreement when it is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was obtained, or transfer said data to LEA or ▇▇▇’s designee, according to the procedure identified in Article IV, section 5, above. Nothing in the Service Agreement authorizes Provider to maintain Student Data beyond the time period reasonably needed to complete the disposition.

Destruction of Data. Provider shall destroy or delete all Student Data obtained under the Service Agreement when it is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was obtained, or transfer said data to LEA or ▇▇▇LEA’s designee, according to the procedure identified in Article IV, section 5, above. Nothing in the Service Agreement authorizes Provider to maintain Student Data beyond the time period reasonably needed to complete the disposition.

Provider shall destroy or delete all Student Data obtained under the underthe Service Agreement Agreement, after written request from LEA and when it is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was obtained, or transfer said data to LEA or ▇▇▇’s designee, according to the procedure identified in Article IV, section 5, above. Provider shall destroy or delete all Student Data obtained under the Service Agreement when it is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was obtainedobtained and/or, or where feasible, transfer said data to LEA School Unit or ▇▇▇School Unit’s designee, according to the procedure identified as outlined in Article IV, section 5, aboveand according to a schedule and procedure as the parties may reasonably agree upon. Nothing in the Service Agreement authorizes Provider to maintain Student Data beyond the time period reasonably needed to complete the disposition.

Provider shall destroy or delete all Student Data obtained under the Service Agreement when it is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was obtained, or transfer said data to LEA or ▇▇▇’s designee, according to the procedure identified in Article IV, section 5, above. Nothing in the Service Agreement authorizes Provider to maintain Student Data beyond the time period reasonably needed to complete the disposition, except that backup files made in the normal course of business which may be retained per Provider’s data retention policy, for regulatory compliance.

Nothing in the Service Agreement authorizes Provider to maintain Student Data beyond the time period reasonably needed to complete the dispositionparties may reasonable agree upon.

Nothing in the Service Agreement authorizes Provider to maintain Student Data beyond the time period reasonably needed to complete the disposition.
