Destruction/Return of Confidential Information. Within thirty (30) days after the Final Order, Class Representatives and Class Counsel shall fully comply with any Stipulated Protective Order entered in this case. Further, the Settling Parties agree that the preliminary and final lists of Class Members are deemed Confidential. Further, the Settling Parties shall have the right to continue to designate documents provided to any party in connection with this Settlement Agreement as Confidential pursuant to this paragraph or pursuant to any Stipulated Protective Order entered in this case.
