Detailed Change Request. Within twenty (20) days after giving notice of a change event, the Contractor shall submit a written change request describing, in reasonable detail, all adjustments it seeks to the Substantial or Final Completion Date or the Lump Sum Price as a result of the Change Event. The change request shall include the same information as described in Section 8.3 with respect to any Contract changes the Contractor seeks due to the Change Event, and the amount of any requested adjustment to the Lump Sum Price Sum shall be limited in accordance with that Subparagraph.
