Detailed Description of Services / Statement of Work. Contractor agrees to sell to District all of the goods described in Exhibit A (“Goods”) at the prices indicated in Exhibit A. District is not required to make any purchases under this Contract. District may add products to this contract at prices agreed upon by the parties.
