Determination of Departmental Workload Profiles Sample Clauses

The Determination of Departmental Workload Profiles clause establishes the method by which a department's workload is assessed and allocated among its members. Typically, this involves setting criteria or metrics—such as teaching hours, research commitments, or administrative duties—to ensure that responsibilities are distributed fairly and transparently. By clearly defining how workloads are measured and assigned, this clause helps prevent disputes, promotes equity, and ensures that departmental resources are managed efficiently.
