Common use of Determination of Interest Rates Clause in Contracts

Determination of Interest Rates. The New Mode for a 2025 Series G-2 Bond shall commence on the Mode Change Date for such Bond and the interest rate shall be determined by the Remarketing Agent (or the Authority in the case of the Interest Period for a 2025 Series G-2 Bond converted to the Term Rate Mode) in the manner provided in Sections 2.7 and 2.8 of this Series Indenture, as applicable.

Determination of Interest Rates. The New Mode for a 2025 Series G-2 H-2 Bond shall commence on the Mode Change Date for such Bond and the interest rate shall be determined by the Remarketing Agent (or the Authority in the case of the Interest Period for a 2025 Series G-2 H-2 Bond converted to the Term Rate Mode) in the manner provided in Sections 2.7 and 2.8 of this Series Indenture, as applicable.

Determination of Interest Rates. The New Mode for a 2025 Series G-2 2019C Bond shall commence on the Mode Change Date for such Bond and the interest rate shall be determined by the Remarketing Agent (or the Authority in the case of the Interest Period for a 2025 Series G-2 2019C Bond converted to the Term Rate Mode) in the manner provided in Sections 2.7 2.4, 2.5 and 2.8 of this Series Indenture2.6 hereof, as applicable.

The New Mode for a 2025 Series G-2 2020D-2 Bond shall commence on the Mode Change Date for such Bond and the interest rate shall be determined by the Remarketing Agent (or the Authority in the case of the Interest Period for a 2025 Series G-2 2020D-2 Bond converted to the Term Rate Mode) in the manner provided in Sections 2.7 2.7, 2.8 and 2.8 of this Series Indenture2.9 hereof, as applicable.
