Determination of Vacant Positions. The District will determine, as accurately as 47 possible, the total number of staff leaving the District for reasons of retirement, family 48 transfer, normal resignations, leaves, discharge, or non-renewal, etc., and these 49 vacancies will be taken into consideration in determining the number of available 50 positions for the following school year.
