Determining Change Order. Any adjustment of the Construction Schedule pursuant to a Change Order shall be determined in accordance with Section 10.3. Any adjustment of the Contract Price shall include all costs to Contractor associated with the performance of the extra Work or changes or a reduction of the Contract Price based on savings to Contractor associated with the changes, as applicable. Adjustments in Contract Price shall be determined in accordance with Sections 10.1, 10.2, and 10.3, as applicable, as well as Article 11.
