Development and Application Sample Clauses

The 'Development and Application' clause defines the responsibilities and procedures related to the creation and implementation of a product, process, or system under the agreement. It typically outlines how development activities will be conducted, who is responsible for various tasks, and how the results will be applied or delivered. For example, it may specify timelines for development milestones, standards to be met, or the process for integrating new developments into existing operations. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of how development will proceed and how its outcomes will be utilized, thereby reducing misunderstandings and aligning expectations.
