Common use of Development Deliverables Clause in Contracts

Development Deliverables. Baxter will promptly disclose to Cadence during the Term of the Agreement, in English and in writing, all Baxter materials set forth in the Development Plans (“Baxter Development Deliverables”) which will include such interim progress reports and final reports as may be agreed upon by the Parties. Cadence will promptly disclose to Baxter during the Term of the Agreement, in English and in writing, all Cadence materials set forth in the Development Plans (“Cadence Development Deliverables”).
