The Development Liaison clause designates a specific individual or role as the primary point of contact between the parties for all matters related to the development phase of a project. This person is responsible for facilitating communication, coordinating project updates, and addressing any issues or questions that arise during development. By clearly identifying a liaison, the clause helps streamline interactions, reduce misunderstandings, and ensure that project progress is efficiently managed and documented.
Development Liaison. ARIAD US and ARIAD SWISSCO shall use good faith efforts to coordinate and liaise, through the JSC, concerning continued Development of the Product with respect to (i) Development being Global Studies, Ongoing Studies and Proposed Studies and (ii) each Party’s separate plans for Development in its respective territory. Each Party will disclose its Development activities, Ancillary Research activities and Basic Research activities, giving updates at each JSC meeting. The Proposed Studies and, if a Party does not veto a clinical study under Sections 5.6 or 5.7.2, the clinical studies the subject of (ii), in each case once initiated, shall be listed in a Development register (“Development Register”) maintained by the JSC. The Development Register shall be updated by the JSC as required to reflect changes and additions to include all new clinical studies performed under this Agreement. As of the Effective Date, the Development Register lists only the Ongoing Studies.

  • Development Activities The Development activities referred to in item “b” of paragraph 3.1 include: studies and projects of implementation of the Production facilities; drilling and completion of the Producing and injection ▇▇▇▇▇; and installation of equipment and vessels for extraction, collection, Treatment, storage, and transfer of Oil and Gas. The installation referred to in item “c” includes, but is not limited to, offshore platforms, pipelines, Oil and Gas Treatment plants, equipment and facilities for measurement of the inspected Production, wellhead equipment, production pipes, flow lines, tanks, and other facilities exclusively intended for extraction, as well as oil and gas pipelines for Production Outflow and their respective compressor and pumping stations.

  • Collaboration activities 4.1 The Collaboration Suppliers will perform the Collaboration Activities and all other obligations of this Agreement in accordance with the Detailed Collaboration Plan. 4.2 The Collaboration Suppliers will provide all additional cooperation and assistance as is reasonably required by the Buyer to ensure the continuous delivery of the services under the Call-Off Contract. 4.3 The Collaboration Suppliers will ensure that their respective subcontractors provide all cooperation and assistance as set out in the Detailed Collaboration Plan.

  • Research Project The findings of any research project, which would change the provisions of this Agreement will not be implemented until such changes are negotiated and agreed to by the parties.

  • Development Plan document specifying the work program, schedule, and relevant investments required for the Development and the Production of a Discovery or set of Discoveries of Oil and Gas in the Contract Area, including its abandonment.
