Development of Goals. The Board and Superintendent shall work collaboratively to develop student outcome goals and constraints and other goals for the District consistent with Board Policies. The Superintendent shall submit to the Board a preliminary list of goals and targets for the District on a date mutually agreeable by the Board and the Superintendent and annually thereafter for the Board’s consideration and adoption. The goals and targets approved by the Board shall always be reduced to writing (“District Goals”) and shall be among the criteria on which the Superintendent’s performance is reviewed and evaluated.
